What is Summer Racing Tipping?

A tipping competition focusing on major Summer race meetings where entrants make ONE selection in the last five (5) races for each of the race meets specified.

How do I play?

Selection Process

Choose your predictions for the last five races at selected race meetings.

Entry Submission

Submit your picks before the deadline for each race day, which is at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the first nominated tipping race in each round.

Prizes 

National Prize Pool $5000

Most Points Accumulated Over the Competition

• First Place - $1,000
• Second Place - $600
• Third Place - $400

Most Points Per Race Meeting 10x $200

Most Winning Selections over the 10 Race Meetings $500

Winner Per Race Meeting Knockout Competition $500

Local Venue Prize Pools

Venues will set, collect and manage their own entry fees and prize pools.

Deadlines

Ensure your selections are in before the cutoff time for each race day.

Scratchings and Default Tips

In case of a scratching, participants will receive the default selection. Default selection is saddlecloth 1, then 2, and so on until an active runner is selected. Those failing to lodge tips for a round will receive default picks for all races, with a cap of 10 points per meeting.
