In the heart of Australian rules football, the SANFL Competition emerges as a premier tipping contest, inviting enthusiasts to forecast the winners of each game. This unique competition not only tests your knowledge and instincts about the teams but also connects you with the vibrant community of SANFL supporters.
How do I play?
Round 1 starts March 28th, Round 19 (Final Round) ends 23rd August.
Selection Process
Each round, entrants select one team to win each Home & Away match, plus a knockout tip that starts after Round 3.
Scoring Mechanism
Winning selections earn 1 point, draws earn 1 point, and losing selections earn no points. Points accumulate throughout the season to rank competitors.
Prizes
State Prize Pool
Competitors vie for a top prize of $3,000, with second and third places receiving $1,000 and $500 respectively. The prizes are awarded based on cumulative scoring over the season.
Knockout Competition
Starting Round 3, this aspect challenges entrants to choose a winning team each round to stay in the competition. The last tipper standing or those with the highest cumulative margin in their selections by season's end win $500.
Local Venue Prize Pools
Venues will set, collect and manage their own in house competition entry fees and prize pools.

Tipping Cut-Off Times
Tips must be submitted 5 minutes before the start of the first match each round
Default Tips
For rounds where selections are not made, entrants are assigned away teams for up to 5 winners.
