What is the Sportspick $2.5 Million Pick?

Exclusively available via the Sportspick app, it is an in-venue free to play, competition that gives you the opportunity to win up to $2.5 Million simply by picking the first 8 horses in a row in the 2023 Melbourne Cup. If no major winners a $10k guaranteed prize is on place for the best pick of 8 in a row.* Available at 100s of participating Sportspick venues in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, the competition runs on Tuesday, 7 November 2023, from 7 AM to 2 PM AEDT.

How do I play the $2.5 Million Pick?

On Cup Day, Tuesday 7 November 2023, head to your participating Sportspick venue. As the competition is available exclusively via the app, download it via the app store for the latest version. Ensure that you have your location service permissions turned on for the Sportspick app so that you can play in the venue. Create an account (if you haven"t got one yet). Go to ‘Competitions’, tap on the ‘$2.5 Million Pick’ and select, in order, the top 8 horses in the Melbourne Cup race. Good luck! Great! Let’s get started!

Tipping for the $2.5 Million Pick will be open from 7 AM to 2pm AEDT, on Tuesday 7 November 2023. It is only available at participating Sportspick venues in QLD, NSW and VIC.
